3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

4. Orders

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 7-14 business days.
• Delivery times may vary based on availability of filaments or raw material, location and courier services.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are limited
• We accept returns only if:
  • The item is damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was sent
• To request a return, contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
• Approved refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
• Custom or personalized products are non-refundable.
